Personal Goals
Initial Meeting

The first meeting allows you to discover how we may be able to help you. We discuss what you want to achieve and the options available to fulfil your financial ambitions. There is no charge for this meeting and no obligation to continue. Should you wish to proceed and develop a financial planning relationship with us we will progress to the next stage.

Following the initial meeting, we will complete a detailed questionnaire on your current situation and discuss your attitude to investment and risk. This typically includes financial security for you and your family, retirement goals and any specific savings requirements, for example funding children's education. Once we have identified these targets we will complete the analysis stage.

After establishing where you are currently we can then identify the areas you need to focus on to allow you to achieve your targets. This may include protection needs analysis, pension income forecasting, savings projections, cash flow forecasting, and inheritance tax analysis.

This process of identifying goals and analysing where you are currently, is the first step in achieving your objectives. The results of this analysis will be presented in your financial planning report.

Financial Planning Report

Planning Process

At KFS we use a six stage Financial Planning Process to ensure that we are thorough and complete in managing your finances. From our experience in Personal Financial Management we believe this is the most efficient and transparent way to give our clients the highest quality of financial planning management.

Once we have agreed on your Financial Planning Report we will implement any policies or changes to ensure that you progress towards your financial ambitions.

We then guarantee regular reviews to ensure we  monitor the progress of your financial plan. This proactive approach allows you to adapt your financial plan to incorporate any changes to your personal circumstances, market conditions and legislation.

Review Process

We then prepare your financial planning report which confirms your goals, presents our analysis and formulates the strategy for progressing towards your targets. This defines our specific recommendations in order to achieve your financial planning objectives.

The value of your investments may go down as well as up and you may get back less than you invested.
