Below is an example of a tiered benefits package that KFS offers. It follows a simple structure starting with basic benefits for general staff, moving upwards to higher benefits for more senior staff which is key in the retention of key personnel. 

Grade A Staff (Directors)
  • 10% salary employer pension contributions

  • 6 x salary death in service benefit

  • Critical Illness Cover, PMI, Income Protection

Grade B Staff (Management)
  • 10% salary employer pension contributions

  • 6 x salary death in service benefit

  • Critical Illness Cover, PMI, Income Protection

Grade C Staff (General Employees)
  • 6% salary employer pension contributions

  • 4 x salary death in service benefit

As part of catering to our corporate clients needs KFS offers an ongoing service to make regular reviews of any company benefits that are put in place. KFS can also meet with employees to provide regular pension reviews.
